Each fillet is hand-grilled in the traditional Japanese kabayaki style, repeatedly brushed with our house-made Japanese sauce, achieving a perfectly balanced salty-sweet flavor with rich umami. Pre-seasoned and pre-grilled, the fillets can be served immediately after thawing and heating, saving time and labor.
